I totally understand that you need time and I appreciate your efforts,but the matter here is not about speeding up the process. The program I am enrolling in has changed therefore the offer letter has to be updated in the documents . But unfortunately the emgs approval letter is still referring to the old program . The application has been stuck at 35% for more than 18 days, and I am concerned because my flight to Oman is today, and my flight to Malaysia is scheduled for October 29, 2025, while my classes are set to begin on November 3, 2025.

I’ve recently received my eVAL for my Masters program (MEd in Instructional Technology and Innovation) at UPM. However, the eVAL states that my my approved duration of stay is for 12 months, while I selected and paid for the 24 month option while filling out my Visa application. Moreover, my Masters program is also a 24 month program. What should I do in this case? My passport number is AJ1201633. My full name is EMAAN.

Please be informed that the approval duration is solely at the discretion of Immigration. As such, you may apply for a refund of the remaining payment once you have received the student visa.
