Your application is still in progress with the Immigration Department. The VAL issuance takes approximately 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Please contact us via email or phone if your status is not updated by June 9.

Kindly be informed that your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 22nd May 2025. Kindly allow Immigration time to process the eVAL and the approval is solely at the discreation of Immigration. Rest assured, we will notify once the eVAL is approved by the Immigration.
