Hi EMGS team,
My VAL application was submitted to Immigration 15 working days ago. However, only yesterday (10 June), additional documents were requested. I submitted everything immediately, and my university has confirmed the submission.Now I am informed that I need to wait another 7–10 working days.

Hello EMGS officer,
It has been 15 working days since my VAL application submitted. Today, i got informed immigration asked for additional documents. I sent it to my university and My university said they have submitted it all to emgs. Though, it still show ‘pending additional documents’ in emgs tracking app.

Kindly be informed that your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 21st May 2025. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process the eVAL. The approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration. Rest assured, any update will be notified accordingly.
