Your passport was submitted to the Immigration Department for the student pass endorsement process. Please allow the Immigration Department time to process your application. The Student Pass approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.

can you go to Malaysia before registration date? i am in same stage like you. My course is Master in software engineering and registration is 20 sep. but university said to do not come early-
Yes that’s correct don’t come to Malaysia early gonna be big problem try to come before 2 weeks of your intake , I have same issue now. Thanks

You must ensure to enter Malaysia within the validity of the Visa Approval Letter and the Single Entry Visa (SEV). At least 3 months before the end date you have to submit the paperwork to visa center in your university to do the necessary without the need to leave the country. But make sure your gpa for first year is ok.

The Institution may be required to submit supporting documentation or an explanation letter if the extension period you request exceeds the duration of the course you are studying. However, the final decision is solely subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department.
