Dear EMGS,
I recently received my Visa Approval Letter (VAL) for Taylor’s University. However, due to financial issues, I am now planning to start my PhD at UPM instead.
I would like to ask if it is possible to transfer the VAL to UPM, or if I need to apply for a new one? View

If you wish to pursue your studies from Master to phD level, you may apply for the progression application. Progression refers to a situation where the student has completed one level of study and intends to study at a higher level.
