Dear EMGS Officer,
After the cancellation of my previous VAL application from Taylor’s University, my EMGS portal status now shows “Your application with EMGS is closed.” However, I am currently applying for a new VAL for Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and I am receiving the following message:
“An application Travel Document Number with E70****929 #A01113037 (my passport) was submitted at 2023-05-03”

Could you please advise me on what I should do to proceed with my new VAL application? Thank you!
