For common use like pain killer etc. But make sure that you must have a doctor proscription and cash memo of medical store with stamp. If some one is on regular use of medicine then don’t worry just bring medicine for 6 month or more time.

Actually you don’t need to worry about your deferment. Cz UKM will handle your situation… highly take 1 week for a new offer letter.. Most Important is your VAL…

Because they are NOT god, you can’t expect them to do your stuff within 1 month. You are the one responsible for submitting late if u know your intake is starting soon.

It’s not rude, just stating the fact. If you see their website u will see their estimated time to process at emgs and immigration (2-4 weeks each). Just because other people got processed faster doesn’t mean it apply to you. You haven’t even count other factor such as incomplete document, verification process (can take long time), holidays, etc.…[Read more]

Why there is mentioned application canceled?

EMGS imposed a new fee for 2018. My institution was not aware about the matter. So I paid less than the required amount according to my institution’s instruction. After that my institution informed me to pay an additional fee. I paid the fee and emgs regenerated my documents then.

I know how feel right now. I have been to this situation. No body knows how long it will take. It depends on what was the reason for rejection and your luck, be prayerful and keep contacting EMGS. All the best

Passport…my last one passport has one year expired..I have to change because EMGS needs to more than 24 months before expired. So I need to renewal and my institution did appeal. It almost 3 months since my application submit to EMGS. Any idea of it?

I have same case as urs buh I got my VAL since. Appeal was submitted on 4-12-2017 and approval,ready for download on 20-12-2017.

Call for your institution and ask them about the reason of rejection .

After you get the supporting documents.. you send it to them for the appeal .. and good luck .

I was told that I have a 90-day grace period after the expiry of my student pass, for me to renew it, if I am not in Malaysia for a valid reason..
So basically, I have to get a social pass/visit visa to enter Malaysia and then get this visa converted to my student pass (within the 90 days period).

hi,it is not a big problem, it should be a EMGS think.
when EMGS collected ur all documents should be lack of few and same documents handover immigration. that’s a problem. so u will be need call university and ur ambassador please say ur problem issue.

Brother I have send my payment receipt to the university and the send it to Emgs. After that EMGS showing pending clearance by immigration. They will verify the payment as it is foreign transaction. Is it ok that immigration verifies payment?

I recieved the same notification..but now due to the fee update my application has got cancelled

I also recieved the same notification earlier and my VAL got rejected. Then I paid the additional fee so EMGS regenerated my documents again.

To defer its complicated to be honest.Its possible but you may need to reapply again with fees imposed. Seek advice from you institutions International Office, but in a nutshell, I do not encourage you to defer your studies as this will affect your visa issuances in future.

The best is to hear from your IO direct. The obvious is that reapplication will be obvious and you pay for it again. Some say medical results are valid for 90 days from th day of testing so you will require a fresh test again. Just confirm everything with your institution please. GOODLUCK WITH EVERYTHING MY BROTHER

Bro, I don’t know. It’s pretty long time it was a patience test though. There was no specific reason why they delayed but I sent them emails regarding my issue and they really helped me and issued me the VAL. You should seek help to Allah and be connected with emgs through their email #########

You need to write the school to Prepare your OfferOffer Letter with Latest date to continue your VAL Process
I wtote to my university but they are not issuing new offer letter as I am old student already registered and its my 3rd semeater. I continued my studies as PhD has No courses… so i continued my research work with my supervisor while I was off campus.
please tell me any other solution.
Please follow the institution suggest to defer your offer letter. I wrote a letter to dean to defer my registration for 6 month due to financial. Yes the univ will not issue new offer letter. however they provide a deferment letter along with my previous offer letter
But I don’t want to deffer my semester as I have paid the semester fee also. So it will be very loss as of time as well as financial.
I am not sure there also option to redeem our money back
