I’ve studied two bachelor semesters with the foundation visa then when I wanted to change the visa I got rejected

What is your reason to reject? The date was updated into 18/01/2018 since the last one 20/12/2017..I dont know why? Is there a progress means? How about yours? Is there difference date between before and now?

Well your case is slightly different. The thing is i didn’t even start the foundation however you have already done two semesters almost. You ought to complete your foundation then you had to apply for BIT. Immigration rejected you due to incomplete foundation course. I got a friend with the same issue as you have.
