How long does it take to collect a new VISA!?

Please be informed that the processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days from the date we receive the complete application documents and payment from the institution. However, the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Kindly be informed that your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 1st October 2025. The Immigration will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. Rest assured, we will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.

Subject: inquirey about val status. Hello my name is nisreen and i have submeted my application on 25/8/2025 and on 9/9/2025 it turned to the imigartion then on 23/09/2025 you required more document and turn green again on 24/09/2025 then imigartion 30/9/2025 and from that day it still on 35% . could you please tell me if there is somthing wroung it take 28 actual days and still with the immigration. And is there a way to make it faster or find any soulution .

I am nourhan hatem,passport number :A28364651, my current application is on 30% yellow as my previous application is not cancelled yet by the immigration even though my university has already applied for the cancellation 2 weeks ago, I am currently on a special pass visa ,which is only one month until 27th November, if you may please liaise with the immigration to expedite the previous visa cancellation before my special pass expires ,
