Hi Mian,
If dependents are in Malaysia with the dependent passes, they can apply for renewal. The approval to renew the passes is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Your institution can proceed to submit the passport to EMGS as the EMGS one-stop centre is open and accepting the submission of passports.

Hi Mian,
EMGS will facilitate the processing of passports for all applicants with a valid pass expiring anytime during the Movement Control Order period. This is only applicable for institutions that submit their passport to EMGS One Stop Centre (OSC) for endorsement.

Good to see that your application is progressing @mohammed my application has been stuck at 20% since 23rd February . It’s been 9 working days @emgsofficer. I obtained my degree from malaysia so how long will it take to verify my documents 😢

@emgsofficer I already sent an email last week and the reply I got back was that my documents were in the final stage of verification, but still there’s no progress😢

If first time got rejected no need to pay. Just wait for a reason of rejection. And request to your institution for a Appeal.

If it is green you don’t have to worry about anything they asr working on it. It take 4-14 working days .
Did your application status turn to yellow? If yes, check the notification of what is wrong or missing and address the issue imediately. Otherwise, if it is green, as Aqib told you, you have just to wait.
