@mimi my application was stuck at 20% also for 13 working days and yesterday it changed to 32%. Emgs takes time to verify all documents submitted so please be patient, once all documents are verified your application will progress. I’ll also advise you to send an email to them to speed up the process..

Yes you need to shorten your visa after finishing your program. You’ll have to submit your passport to your institution, it will take about 5 working days. Costs about rm50-100. Hope that helps @aishath

Good to see that your application is progressing @mohammed my application has been stuck at 20% since 23rd February . It’s been 9 working days @emgsofficer. I obtained my degree from malaysia so how long will it take to verify my documents 😢

No I wasn’t rejected. It shows application not supported at 15 percent and my institution has since submitted all required documents and all application issue has been cleared but since 22 of February it’s still stuck at 20% @mohammed

@mohammed same as me , my application has been stuck at 20% since 😢. It’s really sad that the application is not progressing even after receiving all additional documents
