Wait for one or two days and you will be able to download and be able to proceed with SEV if that is required or else will be ready to go to Malaysia in a week or two’s time

Just send around 50 ringgits or more to your institution and ask institution for the extra ringgit to be a part of course fee or accommodation or something else
I did it like that when I short paided 15$ I sent 45$

Maybe because it will only progress after arriving to Malaysia if your application is new one..

By now should have received VAL or eVAl.

And should be getting ready to go Malaysia.

EMGS will send it immigration..
Might take around 4 days for EMGS to send
to immigration..
And again a week or more from immigration to issue VAL..

In Maldives there is no Malaysian Embassy..
Nearest Malaysian Embassy is in Sri Lanka..
Also Maldives is included in a list of countries on ‘non visa required national may proceed to enter malaysia by providing VAL at the point of entry.
