Hi Mohammed Zahid,
Your VAL cancellation application is still pending approval from the Immigration Department. Your institution may submit an application for a Research Attachment; however, it will be placed on hold at a certain stage until the VAL cancellation is fully approved.

Kindly be informed that if you decided to change the course, the institution is require to cancel the eVAL. Once the eVAL is canceled, the institution or student may apply for a new application to obtain the new eVAL. Kindly liaise with the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
