Hello, I would like to check the status of my EVAL cancellation process.

My university has already applied for the cancellation of my EVAL, and I received confirmation that the cancellation request has been submitted.

Could you please confirm whether the cancellation has been completed?

Also, can I apply for a new EVAL now, or do I need to wait until the current EVAL cancellation is fully processed?

Please advise me on how I should proceed. Thank you.

  Hi Mohammed Zahid,
  
  Based on our record, we have received the VAL cancellation application on our system. Kindly take note that there is no stipulated time frame for the VAL cancellation application, and the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
  
  You may submit a new application; however, the application can only be processed once the VAL cancellation application is approved.
