I asked my university about my visa renewal progress they said they are waiting for EMGS to reopen my application. Could you let me know how long will this process take place and if its possible to get back my passport in early December?

Your application was completed due to the non submission of passport to EMGS for student pass endorsement for a stipulated time frame. As such, your Institution is required to submit a request to reopen your application. Kindly refer to your Institution for further assistance on this matter.
