Hi,
I asked my university about my visa renewal progress they said they are waiting for EMGS to reopen my application. Could you let me know how long will this process take place and if its possible to get back my passport in early December?

  There is no stipulated time frame to reopen an application. Rest assured, we will notify the Institution once the application is reopened.
