      Hi Bint,

      Your passport was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 05th of February 2020. The process will normally take approximately 14 working days. Therefore, the process is still within the stipulated time frame.

      Usually up to 14 working days.

      The process will normally take approximately 14 working days. However, kindly be advised that the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

    My passport number N5107935 please expedite my renewal process since I need my passport for an emergency case which I have to attend on end of February and it’s still stuck at 80%for almost 22 working days.

    I haven’t still received my passport. It’s stuck at 90%. I wonder what else is the matter that’s taking so much time. They have to just pass it over to EMGS and then notify my institution.           @muhammad_282 If the passport is not released by the 4th of February, kindly send a copy of the flight ticket via the same email case number. This will enable us to expedite the process.
