Hi Yuki,
Your passport was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 24th of January 2020. The process will normally take approximately 14 working days. Therefore, the process is still within the stipulated time frame. However, please be advised that the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

I understood the stipulated time frame but I have a flight ticket on 2nd of march.
My visa will expire at 8th April so can I just cancel my visa renewal this time?
I’ll apply again after coming back to malaysia before expiring date.

Hello, I want to know how long does it take to pass immigration.
I submitted my passport in the middle of January and my current status is 80% passport number (MU8375344) .I have to have my passport until the end of February for emergency matter. I must go back…
I really feel unease everyday whether I can go back or not.

The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
