Dear EMGS worker, I would like to ask why my renewal process has been stuck at 90% for two consecutive weeks. Can you speed up the process? Please help me urge my name is Wangyixiao. My passport is EK8996185.

  Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
