The refund cannot be transferred to a new application. You are required to make a new full payment for the new application.

Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they close the application. Once the application has been closed, you can proceed to submit a refund request. However, kindly note that the processing fee is non-refundable.

I have a suggestion for you. 90% Bangladeshi go to Malaysia in Student Visa with fake certificates. For example, anyone can get Education Ministry, Foreign Ministry and Malaysian High Commission attestation and verification with just BDT 3000, 4000 and 6000 respectively.
