Dear EMGS Officer:
I already emailed my details at ######### regarding my issue. But no response. My institution (USM) submitted the required additional docs with explanation letter directly at EMGS counter in KL on 3rd September. But still my application status is unchanged. I already attached my conversation with institution regarding document submission in the email to you. I, therefore, pray and hope that you will be kind enough to update my application status and oblige there by.
