You have the process mixed up. If it’s at 35% it means they sent your application to Immigration. Next step will be 60-70% if they approve.
The 7 days medical screening only happens when you come to Malaysia-
todays parcentage improved 75%.do I have to need again medical examination??
-
Yeah. You need to do medical examination twice. The first before the VAL is issued and once you come to Malaysia you have 7 days to do the second one. Unless you’re applying to a Public University in which case you may not have to do the second one
-
Hey mine is 80% it shows i have to submit my Passport for student pass , what does that mean ? Because i haven’t get my VAL yet.
-
You’ll submit your passport once you get to Malaysia. It probably means that you’ve applied to Public University and medical screening is not compulsory at EMGS clinic

I think your institution can process your visa again. Request your institution, this is what I know.
Do you know how many days it will take?
Wait I don’t understand your query! You want to apply again in the same institution?
Yes bro. I have to come to Malaysia my 2md year visa is expired and i have to take single entry visa
I think You cannot take single entry visa if your-student visa is expired. Your institutions will guide you on this. I don’t have clue how much time it will take.
Yes if your student pass is expired or close to expiring you need to either renew it or apply again for the val through your same or new institution! It’s a long process it takes around 1-2 months
Hi Sunil,
Kindly liaise with your institution directly for more details on the VAL application. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
Have a nice day.
