yaa mohamed we are in same situation, i just email the institution but they still did’t reply, in this case my friend said we just can waiting because the university only submit document to emgs once a week

Yes you should email your university and ask them to submit your documents and wait till Monday i don’t think they will answer you before Monday then you have to wait till Monday they will answer you or your status will be green and they will continue the process.

i dont think that is necessasary because if u get some problem, u can just call the emgs 🙂

Not now, when it reaches 70% your institution will send your val to you then you will take it with your passport and the requirement documents to the Malaysian embassy in your country

@moataz , so it’s when i reach 70% they will send to me by email? usually, how long it can takes from 15% to 70% ?

it’s about 10-15 day depends on your country and your university

Yes your institution will send it to you by an email but just to be ready try to go to the Malaysian embassy these days just once to ask about the requirement documents to be ready when it reach 70% and it will take maybe like she 👆 said from 10 to 15, Good luck

Receiving Offer letter doesn’t count towards the time taken for VAL to be issued. Once you or your Uni makes the visa application then you can start counting. Takes anywhere from 3weeks to a month (as long as there’s nothing wrong with your documents) but some people say they’ve waited longer
