I didn’t face this option, there were a question about my nationality, and another question about the country I’m living in.

You’ll not receive a VAL, your application is pending, you should send a passport copy to your university.

Some universities provide family accommodation, some does not.

My only hope is that they speed up the process as the dead line is close

I emailed emgs, and they cancel it fot free, but know that I didn’t pay the application fee.
