There is no extension that can be made after eVAL expires.

Even when itnis valid, during validity also we cannot apply

Hi Marya Javed,
The VAL application process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the complete documents and payment from the institution. However, the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
