    Hi EMGS
    I submitted a letter from the university indicating the average percentage as they don’t rate in CGPA nor indicate it on the certificate Can EMGS consider this?

      We can only confirm whether the letter is acceptable after it has been reviewed during the processing of the application.

    Hi EMGS
    I submitted my visa application but unfortunately used a debit card and it has a limit below the application amount and it declined but the application status is saying pending payment. My question is should I create a new application since I can’t edit this application nor cancel it?

      Kindly be informed that you are require to request for the cancellation before reapply new application. As such, you may send us an email to request for the cancellation at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my .
