Hi EMGS I would like to ask if EMGS have a WhatsApp number where I can call . I have difficulty calling that number from my country

I submitted a letter from the university indicating the average percentage as they don’t rate in CGPA nor indicate it on the certificate Can EMGS consider this?

Hi EMGS
I submitted my visa application but unfortunately used a debit card and it has a limit below the application amount and it declined but the application status is saying pending payment. My question is should I create a new application since I can’t edit this application nor cancel it?
