Hi,
Please be informed that the payment status was failure. As such, we have canceled the application. Student may proceed to reapply new application and make payment to process further.

It actually failed again while creating other application, but now I have got the reason of why it was failing, but again it shows pending payment so I let it be like that or create a new coz to create new one it says to wait 110 minutes
