Dear EMGS Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to seek assistance regarding my student pass application payment.

Application Number: E#########

While making the payment through iPay88, the transaction failed due to my card limit being reached. However, the application status is currently showing as “Pending Payment,” and I am unable to find an option to retry the payment or withdraw the application & make a new application.

Could you kindly assist in resetting the payment status or advise me on how I may proceed with the payment again?

  Hi,
  
  Please be informed that the payment status was failure. As such, we have canceled the application. Student may proceed to reapply new application and make payment to process further.

  It actually failed again while creating other application, but now I have got the reason of why it was failing, but again it shows pending payment so I let it be like that or create a new coz to create new one it says to wait 110 minutes
