Dear @emgsofficer @emgs
my student pass will be expired at 29 October 2025. I have renewed my passport and submitted my renewal documents including my new passport copy through visa unit of my university. Do I need to wait until my progress 50% and says collect passport or I have to collect soon before that? Thank you-
My old passport: C7047460 and my new passport: X6431601

Kindly be informed that the institution has applied your renewal application on 12th October 2025. However, we are yet to receive the documents from the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit the documents in order for us to start processing your application.

This is nourhan hatem , passport number :A28364651, my institution has send the amendment form for my application to change the course name two days ago however my application got to 35% this morning … with the wrong course… may you please consider the amendment before the issuing of the visa ?

Hi, I just got my eVAL approved weeks ago and the tracking shows 70% on portal. But in the EMGS Hub apps, it’s still on 35%. I have collected the eVAL through my Institution, but still it’s not updated in this Apps. I have already notified EMGS by contacting their helpline. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. @EMGS Officer
