I am nourhan hatem ,passport number :A28364651, my institution applied for my progression visa from bachelors to masters however I received an offer from my professor and received a new offer letter to continue to phd , therefore the course has changed. My institution send the new offer letter and I called multiple times regarding this change however the application is still progressing with the old offer letter and wrong program . Could you please assist me as soon as possible before the application is send to the immigration?

I totally understand that you need time and I appreciate your efforts,but the matter here is not about speeding up the process. The program I am enrolling in has changed therefore the offer letter has to be updated in the documents . But unfortunately the emgs approval letter is still referring to the old program . If you may please grant me some of your time regarding this crucial correction in the application.
