You are required to have a valid pass to be in Malaysia. Once your student pass is canceled, you are required to exit Malaysia before the expiry of valid pass.

will be better if you renew your passport first

Hi Ehab,
The minimum passport validity for student visa applications is 18 months. Since the passport expires in February 2023, we advise that you renew the passport.

The proffession in my new passport will be (without work) while the proffission in my current passport is student.

Hello
The first thing you need to email EMGS to tell them to close your travel authorazation application and please state your passport number in order EMGS will check your application and they will close it for you after that please wait for couple day then you will be enable to create a new application on TA

Hi,
Please note that you have to submit a request via email to cancel your current application. Once the application has been cancelled, you can then proceed to create a new application.

Well as you know EMGS update their regulation that state the Travel Authoraztion will be valid for 90 days after the approval date and please find the news on EMGS bulletin and if your TA already expired i suggest reschedule your flight

Yeah you can actually, but it was only valid for 3 months. So probably you need to Apply a new one

Hi Ehab,
You can only remain in Malaysia within the validity of the shortened Student Pass. For example if your Student Pass is shortened until the 13th of July, you can only remain in Malaysia until that date. You are required to exit Malaysia before the pass expires.

Hi Ehab,
If you would like to obtain the SEV in Saudi Arabia, you are required to amend the VAL. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit the VAL amendment application. The approval to amend the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
