Hi Eben,
Our Immigration Department is not issuing Special Passes at the present moment. Your institution can refer to other Immigration Departments for the Special Pass application.

It’s so sad Emgs ignores my inquires and never acknowkndeged my emails , I am presently I’m Malaysia changed my course and got a now Val application since July. After my institution complained to Emgs that I’m presently in malaysia my status moved from 32% to 35% after waiting since july.. but so sad my visa on my old passport A06869213 already expired on August 1 2020 before the changes .. i understand MCO delay but please for Allah sake

I have sent emails several times but got no reply, my case is different because I’m in Malaysia .. I got my Val approval letter since July when I still have a valid visa , I changed my course and my status is stuck at 35% immigration needs additional document which is a special pass to continue my application .. my school needs permission from…[Read more]

I actually can’t figure out what the case nunber is. But my old passport number is A06869213 which had my last valid visa that expired on August 1 .
My new passport A10873679 is presently 35% and I am presently in malaysia. Thank you..
