After my institution complained to Emgs that I’m presently in malaysia my status moved from 32% to 35% after waiting since july.. but so sad my visa on my old passport A06869213 already expired on August 1 2020 before the changes .. i understand MCO delay but please for Allah sake
My val approval is on my new passport A10873679 but you emailed my UPM that immigration needs my institution to submit a valid pass on my new passport my school told me they need your approval to apply for special pass for me to proceed my application .. I have emailed you many times since last week please do something about this. Thank you
