Hi Dwi Arizka,
We are yet to receive the VAL rejection reason from Immigration. However, we have escalated the matter to Immigration to obtain it. Once we receive the VAL rejection reason, we will update it on the EMGS system for the institution to appeal the application.

Recently, my VAL has been rejected by immigration.
My university has contacted the EMGS for reasons, and soon will make an appeal once they/we have looked upon the rejection reasons.

Kindly be informed that the student are not allowed to enter Malaysia while the application is in progress. Kindly note, the application will be rejected if the Immigration detects the student enter to Malaysia.
