Better u send an email to your university and they will give u the authentic information. I am not sure if u can enter in Malaysia this early as your registration is in Oct.

U r welcome. Now u just need to pay for single entry visa, its around 120 RM.. Apart from this, no further payment is needed anymore for visa related issue..

Hi, if all of your documents are ok, if it requires no additional documents after submitting your application to emgs, then within 14 days ( max 1 month) u should get your e-val.. but if it requires additional documents after applying, then there is no fixed time frame. It depends on so many things.

Hi Azmir,
We are in the midst of submitting the application to the Immigration Department. Once the application has been submitted to the Immigration Department, it will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the VAL. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
