Hi EMGS, i wants to enquire about my application status my application number is #########. it’s stuck on green (15%) from more then a week. Can i know is there any additional documents i need to require and when it will submit to Imigration for e-VAL ?

Please note that your VAL extension application is pending addiitonal documents. Kindly request your institution to submit the required documents in order for us to proceed accordingly.

Dear EMGS Officer
My passport # AL1031854 from Pakistan
I want to ask i apply for student visa my VAL is comeout even my single entry visa is also done before 1 day lockdown start in Malaysia but now my single entry visa is expired so can you guide me what should i do now ?

Please be informed that EMGS only processes international students’ visa applications. Kindly note that you will need to refer to the Embassy pertaining to the Single Entry Visa.
