Hello EMGS, I urgently need assistance regarding a discrepancy between EMGS and Immigration. My previous application ######### was cancelled by my former university through EMGS on 13 August 2026, and EMGS subsequently showed it as 100% closed/completed. However, my new application ######### is now blocked because Immigration still shows the previous record BVP/STU/05011/#########/1 as active. My former university has confirmed today that they have contacted EMGS again regarding this complication. Could EMGS please urgently verify the Immigration-side closure and advise what action is still required? My September intake is approaching and my new application cannot proceed until this is resolved.
