@emgsconnected the International Students Office from ASB, whom I’ll join starting from September, has forwarded me the eVAL after I reported problems using the EMGS Hub app, but highlighted that I will need to use the app in Malaysia when completing my post-arrival medical screening.
I’ve tried many times, but the app fails to progress with the identity verification with selfie when activating the digital ID. It asks me to position my face within the frame photo and I do, but nothing happens nor there are buttons to continue.
Could you please assist me on working this around?
