Hello,
When i getting my (VAL) approval, my application was 75% ( green colour) after that it’s raising to 80% ( yellow colour) but pending additional documents from the institution This situation accrued since 5 days ago and I can’t download my EVAL ?
What can i do ??

  Hi
  U can download eval normally from the website on pc not phone from track application
  The pending documents to be processed when you arrive to Malaysia within one week

  The eVAL can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
  
  You are required to key in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
  
  The notifications pertaining to the additional documents are sent automatically from our system. This is to notify you of the next step in your application. Kindly note that your institution will submit your additional documents once you have arrived in Malaysia.
