Hello,
I applied for visa back on January and got my VAL in March but requested to change the SEV location as I can’t go to my country ( this was done before the lock down), and my visa been stuck at 60% since then. Upon checking my emgs profile I found that I have ‘ EMGS approval letter’ which states that I can register for online course, so does the EMGS approval letter allow universities to register students outside Malaysia for online course while thier visa is still in progress or I have to wait for my new VAL?

  If you already have the EMGS approval letter, your institution can enroll you for the online classes. Kindly contact your institution for further assistance on the enrolment process.
