I recently discovered that I couldn’t get a new eval because my student pass wasn’t cancelled. Unfortunately I didn’t hear about this rule until now. Is it possible to use a new passport since my old passport has been cancelled to create a new application for my new studies in malaysia?-

Hi,
Your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 21st July 2026. We will highlight your application to request for expedite the eVAL. However the approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration. Rest assured, any update will be notify to you accordingly.
