No you don’t need pcr test, but also you need to check if your vaccines doses enough or you need for booster dose, the EMGS follow recommendations of world health organization about vaccines and how much doses needed for each kind of vaccines. Go to WHO website and check.

ست اني نفس حالتج منتهيه فيزتي وماعندي تصريح سفر راسلتهم يكولون لازم تحصل SEV
SEV من سفارة ماليزيه بلدك واحنه ماعدنه سفاره شلون طريقة-
اني سالت بالمووضع كالوا تمدرون تحصلوها بطار ماليزيا عند الوصول وهذا عن تجربة المسافرين قبلنه لكن اني حبيت اتاكد اكثر وان شاءالله احصل رد هاي الايام وابلغك اهم شي تكمل بقية الخطوات مال اللقاح وموعد الطيران والفحص مال كورونا وتكون اول خطوه بالpre entry checklist المتعلقة بفيزة الطالب تظهر يمك انها فاليد valid
وان شاءالله ارد خبر هالايام من اتاكد-

Dear EMGS
I’m a PhD student from Iraq in my 6th semester.
Because of my expired visa (more than 3 months) I applied for a new one. According to the
pre entry checklist my student pass visa is valid. Could I fill the other steps and booking my
flight to Malaysia without getting a single entry visa? Because we don’t have Malaysian embassy in

You must apply SEV prior to arrival sister… the pther option is to apply eVisa but first check your eligibility country. https://malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my/evisa/vlno_register.jsp?type=register

Did you try the online E-visa?

Yes I applied for new visa online in the first of April following the checklist available in the website and paid for the new visa. I also sent many emails to the i Putra vissa pass and they gave me this app to follow. When I used this app I found my student pass visa is valid , I mean the first step in the pre entry checklist.
