Have a nice day,my name is ZHANG FAN, Passport NO. is EJ5896407. My student visa renewal application is stuck at 20% for the last few days.Can you please confirm if there is any issue or not due to which it is not progressing. Will be thankful for your kind response.

EMGS office staff, my name is ZHANG FAN, my passport number is EJ5896407, I am renewing my student visa, my visa expires on 31/1/2024, the current progress is 20%, today I received a message from my family, my grandfather is critically ill, they hope I can go back to visit him for the last time.So please can you speed up my progress.Thanks for your help.
