I sent you an email with my emergency case last week but no update on my passport could you please speed up my process . really I have to go back my country as soon as I can

  Hi Abdurahman,
  
  We received your passport on the 13th of September. The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We can only expedite the process if it has exceeded the above mentioned time-frame.
