I wrote to you just few days ago about my visa renewal and you said I haven’t submitted my passport but i have already submitted it for quite some time now but still there is no progress. Could you please check.

  Your application was completed due to the non submission of passport to EMGS for student pass endorsement for a stipulated time frame. As such, your Institution is required to submit a request to reopen your application. Kindly refer to your Institution for further assistance on this matter.
