Hello EMGS officer, need to get an update what if the passport is expiring and to renew the passport how can I travel to Malaysia with new passport and the IKAD which is stamped on old passport.

My application for eVAL has been submitted to Malaysian immigration. Since 26 September and since then the tracker is showing me 35% and as per all the messages you have replied to all students is that it takes 7-10 working days. And In my case I have reached 14 working days. Could please advise how much time it is still required…[Read more]-

We have escalated your application to the Immigration Department as requested to expedite the process. The Immigration Department retains sole authority regarding the decision to grant the EVAL. We will notify you once the EVAL has been approved by the Immigration Department.

Hi,
Kindly be informed that you are required to enter Malaysia using social visit pass with new passport. Once you enter to Malaysia, the institution is required to apply transfer endorsement to transfer your student pass from old passport to new passport. It is recommended for you to bring along the old passport upon travel to Malaysia.
