Hello ,
I my passport last april and collect it before you stamp it becuase (covid19) , when i collect the passort its reached i think 90% and back to my country ?
So what about my situtation now ?
Can i submit for the embassy of malaysia in kuwait to send it for EMGS? and stamp it and bring back or what ?

Hi Yousef,
The Student Pass endorsement can only be done in Malaysia. Kindly note that the Malaysian Embassy does not handle Student Pass renewal applications. As such, we advise that you liaise with your institution for further assistance with regard to your Student Pass endorsement.
