Dear emgs staff:
My student visa was supposed to expire on April 10, and I got an extension until May 10 through a special pass, but now it’s just 7 days away. Will I be deported if I don’t have my passport by May 10? I am very worried about my safety, please let me know when I can get my passport, thank you! Best wishes!

  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. Hi,

  Kindly be informed that your institution has collected your passport with special pass on 23rd April 2024. Kindly note the institution is required to resubmit the passport to EMGS for the student pass issuance. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
