Kindly clear the app cache, uninstall and reinstall the app. Make sure that you are using the latest version 4.3.3 on iOS and 4.2.0 on Android. If the issue persists, we request that you drop us an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with a screenshot or screen recording of the error, along with your details.
