The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

@yao_1 Your passport has been returned to EMGS by the Immigration Department. We will send a notification to your institution once the passport is ready for collection.

Sir, I am sorry to bother you, can I get it this week? Or may I got my passport next Monday, because of the emergency issue, I really need my passport. I have wasted more than RM 1000 because of the passport issue.

Hi Yao,
The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We can only expedite the process if it has exceeded the above mentioned time-frame. Your institution will be notified once the passport is ready for collection.
